Who we are

This site is run by OnePDA ("we"). Our full legal details (company name and registered address) are available on request. For anything in this notice, write to hello@onepda.cc.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site, and we store nothing in your browser. The site loads no external scripts, fonts or images.

The free email check

When you use the check, the domain you type is sent to our server, which looks up its public DNS records through Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service (cloudflare-dns.com) and shows you the result. We only read public records. We do not access any mailbox. We do not keep a database of the domains checked or the results. Like any website host, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP address and time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The plan builder

On the home page, the goals you pick stay in your browser. If you press "Send me this plan", the names of the services you picked are added to the address of our contact page. Nothing is sent to us until you submit the contact form.

Contact form and email

If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process what you send (name, email address, company, your message) to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. The contact form is not switched on yet: until it is, please use email. We do not sell your data and we do not share it, except with the service providers needed to run our email and hosting.

Outreach emails

We run B2B outreach, for ourselves and for clients, using business contact details. Every message identifies who sends it and includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honoured across all campaigns. If you received one and want to be removed, tell us at the address below.

Your rights and removal requests

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@onepda.cc and we will act on it promptly. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
